Privacy

We collect what we need to sell, deliver and service your hardware: your name, phone number, delivery address, and the details of the machine when you book a repair or a trade-in. Nothing on this website asks for a card number, because nothing is charged here.

We collect it because you asked us to do something with it — quote a repair, hold a machine, value a trade-in, deliver an order. When you send one of those forms you are consenting to us storing and using what you typed for that purpose. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us, and we will stop using it and delete what we are not required to keep.

We keep order, invoice and warranty records for as long as the warranty runs and for as long as Cambodian tax and accounting rules require us to keep them. Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted once they are closed.

We do not sell your details to anyone and we do not use them for marketing. We share them only with a delivery driver when you have asked us to deliver, and only what that delivery needs.

Your data is held in our own systems, behind staff accounts with individual logins and recorded access. Staff see only what their role needs.

Ask us at any time what we hold about you. We will tell you, correct anything that is wrong, and delete what we are not required to keep. Ring the shop or come to the counter — bring your order or ticket number if you have one.
