If a machine is not what you expected, bring it back within 7 days in the condition you received it and we will exchange it or refund it.

For faults, we repair or replace under warranty rather than refund — that is usually faster for you and keeps your data and setup intact.

Bring your invoice. Refunds go back the way you paid.
