Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everything sold, repaired or bought back by HangComputer at the showroom on Street 288, Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh, and through this website. Placing an order or leaving a device with us means you accept them.

An order placed on this website is an offer, not a completed sale. Nothing is charged online. We ring you to confirm the machine, the specification and the total, and the sale is formed when we both agree on the phone or at the counter. If the machine has gone or the listing was wrong, we will say so and you owe nothing.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the warranty stated on the listing. Where a listing says "Ask for price" we have not published one for that unit and will quote it when you ask. A price we quote holds for that conversation; it is not a standing offer.

Payment is made when the machine changes hands — at the counter when you collect, or on delivery if we have arranged one. Cash is always accepted. For a bank transfer, ask and we will give you the account details at the time.

Ownership and risk pass to you when you take the machine. Your invoice is the proof of purchase and carries the warranty period; keep it, because warranty work needs it.

Most of what we sell is used, graded business hardware. Cosmetic wear is normal and is not a fault. What each machine is, and what condition it is in, is stated on its own page; if what arrives does not match, tell us and we will put it right.

Your warranty, return and refund rights are set out on the warranty and returns pages and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Cambodian consumer law gives you.

If something goes wrong, our complaints procedure explains how to raise it and what we will do. We would always rather hear about it than not.

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
